Booking and payments

Booking buttons take you to PRC’s Vagaro page. Information you submit there, including contact details, appointment information, intake details, and payments, is handled through Vagaro. Review Vagaro’s privacy notice and the terms presented during booking. This website does not collect payment card numbers or automatically send your previously saved website requests to Vagaro.

Previously submitted website requests

Before Vagaro booking was connected, our website collected appointment requests, contact details, service selections, preferred dates and times, and optional messages. Guardian requests could include a child’s name, and Intro Assessment requests could include an eligibility confirmation. These existing records remain in the website’s hosted database for PRC to review; they are not public and were not confirmed appointments. New bookings now go through Vagaro.

Website operation and external links

This website uses Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare hosting and database services. It does not add advertising trackers or analytics. Hosting and access services may process technical information to operate and protect the website. Booking links open Vagaro and directions links open Google Maps; those services’ privacy practices apply when you use them.

For questions about information previously submitted here, or to request correction or deletion, speak with PRC at 2879 West Walnut Street, Unit 104, Rogers, Arkansas 72756. Manage current bookings through Vagaro or contact PRC.
